24 Hours

My first day in Quito was a dizzying mess of confusion peppered with moments of feeling completely overwhelmed with joy. Never thought that getting lost would make me feel anything other than annoyed.

I had some small victories, but most of the day was filled with walking in circles, fumbling with basic spanish, and of course forgetting baby wipes. It could been a handbook guide entitled “What Not to do when Traveling Alone”.

I promise more details tomorrow.. hh
